8 weeks

My baby is 8 weeks old already. Time flies. Before i know it naglalakad na ang baby ko. Took this pic today. My baby is learning to smile.

Christmas Village, Baguio Country Club

Christmas is indeed fast approaching. It is one of our favorite holiday of the year. So when the christmas village at the country club opened, we immediately went there to visit and of course took the chance to take pictures.

Dadilo's xx birthday

We celebrated dadili'd birthday last night at central pArk restaurant aling legarda rd. We were actually plannin to go to a new place called route 55 also At legarda rd, bUt it was difficult to fi d. It did not help that not much info was available at their facebook page evem in google search. Anyways, although food was so-so what is important is that we are together celebrating it with him.
Again to the most loving and best dadilo in the world, happy birthday! We love you and cant thank you Enough. words are not enough. May the good Lord add more years to your life.

Today is my second time to give the critter her full bath. Yay! Thank God everything went well. Loving every minute of this motherhood.

Baby has been sick for almost a week now. Hoping and praying for baby's fast recovery.

My princess

This picture was taken immediately after they gave the go signal for amber and i to room in. Amber is barely 2 days old. She was put under a medication as a precautionary measure against infections. So glad that she was cleared of sepsis. We stayed a total of 5 days in the hospital.

One week

My babylove is one week pld today. Time flies so fast. She stays awake for ling periods of time and poopoos almost ten times a day. Which is normal once she reaches 6 days. Thanks to mommy la for giving me my bath.

33 weeks

Posting our pic on our 33 weeks. Im having shorter sleeping hours now. Baby seems to be noctural sunce i always feel her moving inside my tummy very late at night and sometimes even on the wee hours of the night. I guess this is in preparation of what is to come when she finally gets out of my tummy 😊

32 weeks

I love my phone! The phone im using right now has served to be a camera for me. Every week i keep on downloading apps. Let me show one pic of my tummy. This was taken using the leme cam.

It not only showed what the app can do but one of he sweetest moment my hubby and i have. You see, hubby is the most supportive husband there is! Kulang na lang isalin ko si baby amber sa kanya. ☺

29 weeks

A super delayed pic of me and baby amber at 29 weeks. I am currently on my 32 weeks or 8 th month. Yikes and yay! Excited to see baby amber soon though 😊

Gifts

Being pregnant has many perks. Aside from eating whatever i want, theres no diet. Aside from that i get to have gifts from friends. And that makes me oh so happy. Here's one i got lately. Calcium supplements fo me and for baby. Local calcium supplements usually costs 8 to 12 pesos so having this is a big savings for me. Yay!

My first 'public' preggy pic. I should have done this a long time ago but work and home has been keeping me busy.
I am now on my 23rd week. More than half of a full term. We dont know yet the gender of our precious baby but i hope we can do that this weekend again. I am excited to buy stuffs for our little angel.

Eto ang aking mudra aka bestfriend and confidant. Ang ganda niya noh? talo pa ako nito sa pagiging kikay at fashionista. Hindi lang siya isang nanay pero umabot na kame sa punto na parang magkapatid na lang or magkabarkada kame. Siyempre hindi pa rin nawawala ang respeto ko sa kanya bilang isang nanay.

Mahaba rin ang pinagdaanan namin para maabot ang ganitong estado na aming pagiging mag-ina. Anjan ang mga away at di pagkakasunduan lalu na nung high school days at early college. Medyo huli ko na naintindihan ang katagang a mother knows what is the best for us. Since then, i never felt alone ika nga. Hanggang ngayon kahit may asawa ako at nagkaroon ng problema alam kong siya pa rin ang magiging takbuhan ko. mama's girl at papa's girl talaga ako. 

I am very thankful talaga for having may mama. Siya na maagang naulila para nagampanan pa rin niyang alagaan ang apat na anak at isang apo. 

Week 19

Week 19: ill be recording the highlights of my pregnancy from now on. if ever dementia comes, ill have this little notes to read and remember how our firstborn came to this world. Im on my 19th week already. yay! everything is happening too fast even i am amazed. i can feel the little critter moving in my tummy. sometimes critter is more busy that me because of all those movements! They are random though. i am trying to study his/her routine but none yet. At week 18, i had my second shot of Anti HEpa B and Anti tetanus. The next would be after 6 months. At week 19, baby bump is already visible. My old jeans no longer fits me i have to shop new clothes. i should be smart in choosing clothes. SAyang kung hindi naman magagamit. Ive been on blogging hiatus. A lot has been going on and i dont even know where to start. Im on the 18th week of my pregnancy and so far, everything is great. I have been on bed rest for 6 weeks but im okay now. I will tell more of my pregnancy on my next posts. For now, let's stick with the obligatory birthday post, shall we? :) (1) I have learned Wei Wu Wei...to borrow lines from our great music artists, Que Sera Sera and Let it Be. (2) I have learned that, like going through every other emotions,it's okay to cry... (3)then let go. (4) I have learned that the best person to compete with is your self. (5) In 30 years, I have learned to "bullet proof my soul", (6) dare to fail, (7) and live a life I am proud of. "If you find that you're not, I hope you find the strength to start all over again." In 30 years, (8) I have proven Karma (good and bad), (9) and to be a compassionate person--to be polite and kind to every person I encounter for everyone's going through their own struggles. And(10)"For every action there's always an equal and opposite reaction." - Newton's Law Of Motion. Life also thought me to (11) put God in the center of everything, (12) and never seek for happiness outside of me. I've learned to deal with my anxieties by thinking (13) there is more to life than this and just(14) be forever grateful for the blessings because being thankful is also a form of prayer. (15) Do EVERYTHING to be happy. Happiness is a choice! (16) I believe in hard work and practice more than talent.(17) I learned from Oprah that "You can have it all, you just can't have it all at one time". (18) I have learned acceptance and forgiveness (not because everything is okay, but because it is what is best and healthy for you). (19) It is nice to try new things and go to new places, in the hopes of discovering more of yourself. (20) and to give without calculations. (21) While you’re young, you should travel. (22)You should take the time to see the world and taste the fullness of life. It’s worth whatever investment or money or sacrifice of time required on your part. (23)It’s about experiencing true risk and adventure so you don’t have to live in fear for the rest of your life. Rainy Monday Mornin

been raining cats and dogs but its all good news for me. im on a two day sick leave and i so love the weather. Baby and i are doing well. Got tired from weekend's activities but it was a lot fun. i love my family so much and i am missing them already.

Anyway, the moment I found out I was pregnant my husband began treating me like I was the Queen of Sheba and made of glass. Am i the luckiest wife? oh yeah!

Hubby and i had fun running the 5k category of the condura skyway marathon. there's no need to rush becasue as of this moment i am suspecting that i am pregnant. (crossing my fingers) that's why i have to take it easy.
Iba ang feeling that you are running only a 5k distance. First time na walang kaba since im usually running 10k up distances.

Yey! finally got to watch Mamma Mia the Musical, it took a lot of begging to invite my husband and sister watch.
We all decided to meet at SM MOA and then rode a cab going to CCP. it is actually my first time to watch. The play started on time and no cellphones were allowed to be turned on. even cameras. Thank God. Makes one appreciate the musical more.
We were at the orchestra (budget constraints) just the same, i loved the show! super cool casts. All of them. If i had the means and time again, i would surely watch again and sit in the front row.
